Energy Offensive

Motivator

Hamburg Airport involves its employees actively in the subject of energy conservation. For instance, Hamburg Airport offers individual energy consultation for all departments or subsidises travel tickets for public transport.

In addition to this, 3 campaign days were hosted on the subject of energy conservation. There, employees were able to ask questions on the subject of energy and energy conservation and receive advice. An energy adviser was present, giving practical advice when technical queries had to be answered regarding technical measures for your home. Another emphasis was on the various possibilities of lighting. On this subject, several lighting concepts were introduced and visualised.

As a small highlight, the employees of the Flughafen Hamburg GmbH were able to exchange their old light bulbs for new energy saving ones free of charge.

 
The Hamburger Climate Competition 2008 will be actively supported by Hamburg Airport and therefore, an information stall was set up, which invited people to participate.
